Pricing Questions

Is there a free trial?

We offer a guided demo where we configure the system for your specific facility. After you see HashNet working with your workflow, you can start your subscription immediately. Accounts are provisioned instantly after payment.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Your data and configuration are preserved across plan changes.

What happens if I cancel?

You have a 7-day grace period after cancellation where your account remains active. During this window, you can re-subscribe without losing any data. After the grace period, your account is deactivated but your data is retained per regulatory requirements.

Are there any per-package or per-transaction fees?

No. Your monthly subscription covers unlimited packages, unlimited transactions, unlimited orders, and unlimited Metrc syncs. There are no usage-based surcharges.
